About the Role:

As a Senior Success Guide for Tableau at Salesforce, the focus is on helping enterprise customers maximize their investment and accelerate Tableau adoption. This role involves a blend of analytics expertise and customer engagement, coaching clients on best practices for Tableau Cloud and Tableau Core, running high-impact 1:1 coaching sessions, driving technical guidance, and supporting both proactive and reactive engagements for Premier and Signature accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and handle ad-hoc Success Requests
  • Provide tailored recommendations and technical strategies for Tableau adoption and optimization
  • Advise customers on key features including Level of Detail (LOD), calculated fields, data modeling, data prep, and performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success Managers, and Support teams to drive customer business goals
  • Contribute to internal enablement, content development, and team learning
  • Act as a trusted advisor and Tableau subject matter expert
  • Mentor peers and participate in internal and community learning programs

Key Technical Skills:

Tableau (Cloud, Desktop, Core), Data modeling, calculated fields, performance optimization, customer engagement, analytics strategy, knowledge sharing, coaching

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a customer success, BI, analytics, or Tableau consulting role
  • Preferred certifications: Tableau Data Analyst, Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Strong technical and consultative skills
  • Ability to present complex analytics solutions and strategies to stakeholders
  • Multitasking and prioritization in high-pressure settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred: cross-cloud analytics, CRM Analytics, community involvement
